Excellent beard grooming products and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have placed several orders with CG over the last couple of years and service has always been very good. Kept up to date with offers and discounts after subscribing (well worth doing so!). Delivery to UK well tracked and haven't had any issue with PostNord or Royal Mail.

I recently ordered from Copenhagen Grooming and although my package was a bit late, the experience turned out to be excellent thanks to their awesome customer service. When I reached out about the delay, the customer service team promptly responded and offered a replacement package with express delivery. They even included a complimentary product as an apology for the inconvenience. Great experience, keep it up!

I received the item and I am just starting to use it. it looks very good quality and I have great expectations about this product. Their customer service is top tier and they are going to treat you nice and be really helpful. My delivery had an issue when entering Canada (nothing to do with them), and yet we fixed a really good deal without me having to pay any penny. Just demonstrating how much they care about their customers. So if you are looking for a brand that sells a high quality product and also care about every aspect of their service CG are the ones! Had to pay customs charges first of all, and then the royal continually failed to deliver even when rearranging for a day I was in they still deliver when I'm out.

Don’t be alarmed when/if the courier service tells you there might be delays with your order due to backlogs at the ports, accompanied by large additional costs for storage of the products you buy due to their backlogs. My product was cleared within 3-5 business days despite these warnings. As for the product itself, I would highly recommend it. This is my second time using the beard activator and there have definitely been results. The company is also very quick to respond to any queries, cares about your overall satisfaction with the process as well as the products, and is very fair in the way they conduct business. All in all, a very generous company with great products.

I had no update on my order, I paid a premium for DHL delivery to have this order delivered in 7 days when i paid for 2/3 days delivery. when i highlighted this to CG they did not respond to me at all

Had some issues with my delivery, didn’t receive my package while the driver said it was delivered. I send an e-mail, and the very next day I got a reply. They are sending the missing products again. Great customer service!!

Although the product did not work for me, I received a hassle-free refund for the first time. I gave it another chance because it looked promising, but unfortunately, it did not work, probably because of my genes(I have zero facial hair). Due to special circumstances, I received an almost instant refund.

Delivery is too slow I ordered 5 days ago and the tracking still says its in Denmark.
