Some initial problems with shipping but they fixed everything super quickly once they knew

I ordered my first beard dye. Firstly its packaging is attractive so seems a premium product. However the consistency of the dye colour when mixed is strange , quite sticky. The product smells bad heavy ammonia and I left it in for 10-12 mins the results were ok…. Not too dark. After 2 showers my beard was light Brown and grey again … so it came out literally in 48hrs?! What’s the point of the product if it’s not even comparable to cheaper versions … which I’ve used for years like just for men. I’m at a loss to be honest seems like a very sub standard product. It took long to deliver and so disappointing experience.

Got no results

My order never arrived and after contacting customer support, I only got a automatic reply that someone will be in touch. That was a week ago. I ordered two and a half weeks ago. Poor customer service.

It took quite a while to get the order confirmation, get it shipped and delivered. Nearly three weeks

It's not been long enough for me to give a good review. Only replying so i stop receiving reminders to rate my recent experience

Deres Beard Growth sæt har desværre ikke virket på mig. Garantien var på daværende tidspunkt ikke til at finde på hjemmesiden. Har dog fået god service efterfølgende og fået pengene fra garantien retur.

Until now I just use for a week. I have to wait until 150 to see how is growing up! But I like the product.

Products seem to be of high quality and natural but processing times take forever and customer service isn’t very helpful
