I ordered the 250 Days Hair Regrowth Kit (with the supplement capsules) so that I could give this process the best possible chance. I committed fully to the directions prescribed and expected the worst but hoped for the best, as one should do for a product like this. You can see from the reviews that for a lot of people, this product does not work (though I have seen some reviews from people who claim it has.) So why did I give 4 stars? Well, like a lot of other people who ordered this kit and did not see success, I had a fantastic experience with this company’s customer service team. They were always very helpful and friendly, and of course the growth guarantee is what gives even a sceptic the security and peace of mind to know that they can get their money back if the product does not provide results. I have deducted one star, because it didn’t work for me, but that doesn’t mean I can categorically say it doesn’t work for anyone. At the end of the day, I received the money I paid back, so I did not lose anything in this process and I am glad that I tried it. It is a very consumer-friendly business model and I’d like to thank Copenhagen Grooming for the experience. One thing that I think is important to note: a lot of this company’s models for this products already have a very healthy and full head of hair, and therefore it doesn’t communicate how the product’s target market’s scalp/hair really looks. The company should focus on better demonstrating really noticeable, significant success stories from people with very clear receding hairlines etc. to make it really clear how this product can help some people. Looking at anybody who has lots of hair already is not very convincing to me, at least! Thank you Copenhagen Grooming ☺️

Good quality products!

The products themselves seem great, my girlfriend bought me the so named “250 days supply” for Christmas and I have been using since the start of January and can definitely see an improvement. My only issue here and the reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the naming of the products. “250 days supply” would suggest you have everything you need to use the products for 250 days, no? Well you don’t, in that kit you get 1 roller, 1 cleanser for the roller and 5 activators. Clearly they must know that 5 activators is enough for 250 days however they state on their website that the beard roller lasts up to 6 months if looked after properly. 6 months is 183 days. Therefore I won’t actually be able to use the 250 days supply for 250 days. The same with the cleanser, I’m not sure how long that will last but it’s not a very big bottle. So all in all, I think the products work and are living up to the hype, however, I think it’s ridiculous and misleading to call a product 250 days supply when clearly that isn’t the case and I will have to buy additional products in order to use for 250 days.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! So i got the package on time ,all of its contents were there. A week into using it my face was scabbing so i texted the customer service through messenger. Not even a minute later and I received a reply. They were so helpful and quick. Honestly one of the best customer service i have every experienced in my life. Also, if your face is scabbing it’s probably that you’re using the derma roller to hard so just either skip a day or two and let it heal or go lighter with the derma roller

Good service! I ordered, and there was one item missing i the package when it arrived. I contacted CG, and they helped fast, and sent the missing item without any problem. I would give 5 stars for good service, but since ut actually was missing in the first package, i lower the score. But i totaly trust them, and find the service 5/5, but the shipping /packing 4/5 - but that didnt come as suggestion.

The only issue was when order was booked with postnord it was booked to my home post box which was to small for my part, postnord then took 3 days to take the part back to the terminal and deliver it to the nearest pick up point

This product works and it works really well 👌

First time I’ve tried the products and I think I’ve found my brand for grooming and taking care of my private hygiene. I’ll be back for more products in the future!

Jeg havde håbet at deres produkter til skægvækst havde haft en effekt, men efter et halvt års brug så jeg desværre ingen forandring overhovedet. Havde dog ingen problemer med at benytte deres resultatgaranti, så jeg fik mine penge retur hurtigt og uden problemer.

Purchased the products, didn’t have any effect after 8 months whatsoever. Wanted to return, wasn’t possible because I didn’t have an old picture. Like a picture of my beard now that looks like shi isn’t good enough. Not recommended. As you can see in the answer box, they’d refund it anyways they say. Which they didn’t.

Received the package, everything seems legit with good quality. Ready to start my beard journey now.
