United States | 16 January 2025Give a 0 if I could. Paid close to $900 up front for GLP-1 shots. After 5 days, messaged on the app because the order still stuck at "prescription sent to Pharmacy". App said average response was 4 hours. 4 days later, still no response. 8 days after order reached back out with a message asking if my order was stuck/if there was a problem. If so, how to cancel. Received my first response back saying they'd cancelled my order. Replied that I did not ask to cancel yet. Was told I'd have to re-take the intake exam and start over, including the wait to get the meds again. Called CS. Tia (CS) told me nothing she could do but reach out to a Supervisor. Held for 30 minutes, was then hung up on. Double beep you get when the other side cuts off. Called back. Held 25 minutes. Finally told CS rep who was still holding for a Supervisor never mind. I work 12 hour days stuck at my desk....why I needed the shots. If you have unlimited time and are okay with whenever you get it with no support or service, maybe this is for you. Not for me, no matter what the cost. My first bad review I've ever posted.

United States | 16 January 2025I tried using this service for privacy reasons, and after answering a series of questions, I was told to wait for a provider to give a final diagnosis. The next day, a provider offered a treatment plan, and I paid $194. After trying the pills for a week with no results, I contacted customer support. They informed me that the pills don’t work for everyone and offered me an alternative product, asking for additional payment. When I inquired about returning the pills, I was told that returns are not accepted, and refunds are not given. I was also informed that by creating an account, I agreed to the risk of losing money without a refund. This policy seems unreasonable, and based on my experience, I believe this company is operating in a deceptive manner.

United States | 15 January 2025The site is bs, it will ask you all these questions pretty much asking for ever bit of you life that after you go through this 35 minute questionaire it then gives you a charges you $800 for some diet pills. Real waist of my time and I feel it too much time filling out a quaistionaire and than excepect someone to go through with a payment because they feel like they already put in too much time in filling out a questionaire, i find this very disrespectful on thier part.

Quick to charge my credit card but slow to process and ship. Four days later and they still haven't shipped. Plus hugely, hugely, hugely over-priced; roughly a 700% mark-up.

I DID NOT allow them to charge me for any more than what I had previously ordered. I emailed them saying why have you charged me for something I did not even order - They said its prescription medicine and they cannot refund me for it. Well given i dint even order it, They duped me of 150 GBP!! Daylight robbery . So any one who is planning to order from them, please be ready for money going out of your account without you even knowing it. please avoid them at all costs.

United States | 13 January 2025I was overcharged $145 because they created a duplicate subscription and order for one of the items. Trying to contact customer service through the website sends you in circles and there's no email or phone number. The support tab takes you to FAQ's and the Contact tab tells you to log in so you can view your messages. There is no way to contact customer service. I'll have to dispute the extra charge with my bank. Update: I've tried to contact you. How about you post your customer service email or phone number right here? You don't even send an invoice so we can show proof to the bank to have the bogus charges reversed.

It’s also incredibly difficult to cancel a subscription and they do not send reminders about upcoming deliveries until they have dispatched the product. So you’re left with something you do not want/need with no refund option. Products can also be found cheaper and with better quality from other providers.

United States | 10 January 2025Terrible purchasing experience and customer service. They refuse to send out a simple email letting you know that your subscription is about to renew. After the order is placed, they let you know without any opportunity to delay or cancel the order. The product didn't work for me and I wanted to cancel. Within minutes of receiving the order confirmation email, I contacted them but they said it was too late. Total BS! These folks are CHEATS using scammy approaches and their customer service is worthless!

United States | 10 January 2025A Frustrating Flaw That Ruins the Product I’m genuinely baffled by such a basic but critical failure. The spray nozzles are completely unreliable—they simply don’t work with the liquid inside! After just a few uses, every single one stopped functioning. Now I’m stuck with four bottles of this product, each costing $100. That’s $400 down the drain unless I can somehow rig up my own way to spray it. What’s especially infuriating is that they clearly spared no expense on the fancy glass bottles, but what good is that if the sprayer itself is worthless? It feels like style over substance in the worst way. I expected far more for the premium price I paid, and I certainly won’t be buying from this company again unless they address this glaring issue.

It’s a complete waste of time and you are much better off just seeing a local doctor. It’s a complete waste of your time. I wouldn’t refer this service to my worst enemy.

United States | 09 January 2025Have to say that this is one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of providing money to. I would absolutely stay away from them. Their medical care team doesn’t bother to read the stream and every single time you ask a question or provide info, someone else answers, and customer care weighs in with nonsense that you can easily find yourself on the web. I was having side effects from the meds and was trying to get other options from them and it was patently ridiculous how not one of the providers would look at the information I’d already given, told me the things I “could” do and when I asked if that’s what they’d recommend, someone else would come on the stream, ask the same sorts of questions or tell me that no other options are available and basically I’m our $395, sorry buddy. Then someone else would come on and ask for the same info yet again and customer care would say some nonsense like they’re “rooting for me”…. Like a really bad version of Groundhog Day. Net/net if you actually want medical care and medication, go to a primary care professional you trust. This company is a waste of time and money.

If you want to cancel its 48 hours notice and you can't return the product!! Then trying to cancel they offer you 30% discount... such bad customer service. They should really should have apologised the product wasn't effective for me and refunded.... like they offer on the promotion on IG, think it was 'money back guarantee', but as the T&Cs if you have a subscription that all is void.... FYI take the pills far better than this product.

United States | 08 January 2025After months Hims hair treatment did nothing. The worst part was trying to cancel. Website stated I had No further shipments and offered no other info. So I felt secure that it was done and over with. Then for $177 they sent another box a month later without my approval. They refused to give me money back or take the sealed box back and hung up on me after saying they canceled the script. Told me to work it out with my son. What?!!! Do NOT deal with a company who takes your money without your authorization and then refuses to give it back. Now I have to contact my credit card company for a second time due to this horrible company. Stay away!
