This is a dishonest company. Do not trust them. It is almost impossible to cancel a subscription and they slammed me with another three months of a medicine that frankly doesn't work. They are refusing to stop shipment and refund my money. I will be posting this information to Trust Pilot, BBB, and Google Reviews. Unbelievable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. These people are scammers. Not only does their product not work and I had to return it during the 1st year of subscription they also autorenewed my subscription without warning even though I have told them I have not used the product because it doesn't work and would happily return it unboxed and unused. They are now refusing to refund for products that don't work and are not wanted. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered from hims in September. I canceled on their website a few days after receiving and trying the product. Now, 5 months later, I was sent new product and was charged $195. They refused to refund me despite my having canceled, claiming I never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Accidently ordered the wrong product. Tried to change this but was told it had already been sent. This I accept at my fault and accepted the order. Two days later a second order has been sent, resulting in being charged again on the day I received my first order. The next subscription should of been six months after the first order so in August not two days later. My further concern both of these are medicines, both in the same class, sending a second prescription of six months supply of the same medication without consultation seems incredibly negligent. I have emailed today to dispute this and I will update or remove this review depending on how they handle this but as people have mentioned before, contact is only be email and I'm expecting to be out of pocket for something I did not order or want. I am asking for the account to be closed as soon as possible as there is no way to cancel online.

Used the Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil Spray for over 6months, didn’t notice any difference. I guess it works for some people and not for others. Worth an go though.

I placed an order and had my consult on 2/4/2025. I was told I would receive my order within 5-7 days. On the following Monday 2/10/2025 I got a text saying my order had just been processed (6 days later 😧). HOWEVER the $147.00 was taken out of my account on 2/4/2025 AS SOON AS I HUNG UP THE PHONE WITH THE NURSE PRACTITIONER. As of today 2/15/2025 I still have not received anything. I tried to contact customer service (BUT, I have to download the fu@*+$ing "for hims APP", come on with that bs 🤬. No calling customer service, no emailing them, no live chat; "download the app". I purposely started the process for a Valentine's celebration with my lady just to be let down again by a company promising something they can not deliver. I'm 51 years old and definitely tired of the nonsense. For Hims, if you're in the business for conducting GOOD business, then DO IT!! I'll be cancelling any further contact with your business and go back to a regular doctor. If you're reading this review, save yourself the time and aggravation and go to a local Low T center, like I SHOULD HAVE! 🤬 My order number is: buffjfocw4u

I started getting their hard mints about 12 months ago. Hims was suppose to ship me my medication before I'm flying away in a trip for over a month. They charged me, sent me the notification they were going to send me the order, and sat on it for a week without filing it at the pharmacy. I messaged the provider because now I needed it expedited because over a week had passed and they dropped the ball, and now I'm only 8 days away from flying out. They message me and say they can't overnight it. I said I don't need it overnighted, I just need you to fill it and ship it and it'll arrive on time. I get a message an hour later that my medication is being filled and shipped and I get a tracking number. 4 days I've been tracking it and they're STILL NOT GOING TO SHIP IT UNTIL THE DAY I FLY OUT!!! This is so frustrating. Why does it take 8 days to put a shipping label on it and hand it to the mail man? Now today is Saturday, leave on Wednesday, they're only going to ship it on Wednesday with an arrival of 3 days after that. I would happily pay overnight fees to get it here on time at this point. I've been on automatic refills for a year. This is the first time I've used the refill now option. I thought placing the order two weeks in advance would be enough time. All it did was bill me early and make me wait until it's too late. The Last order they shipped the old formula of my medication, not the new one. I really needed the new formula for the month I'll be away, and i won't have it. I thought Hims was great until this experience.

As of this writing i am 3 days shy if having started hair treatment and have seen zero effects. Zero new growth. I still have 2 more months worth of supply. If there is nothing after the 5 months total use then i will stop and it will have been a waste.

the product didn't have any effect on my hair. Worse, they require you to subscribe without prior notice and automatically charge your account. Additionally, there is no phone support available—you can only reach them via email. To cancel subscription you should send email.
