United Kingdom | 14 November 2024Used the product for a year, buying a one-year bulk purchase, or I thought. I discovered it was a rolling year subscription and it was far from clear. They just send you a notification, "you're product is dispatched" and when you go to them for asking to cancel they informed that due to the nature of their product it is impossible. Cancellation that you cannot do by yourself, you have to go and navigate through the website, can't do it from your account. Then send a mail to a generic address and wait. And of course too late. You have to pay. They do offer you to keep your subscription at 50% but of course they offer you that before they tell you they can't refund anything to you so you are trapped for another year. On top of the product having small to no impact.

United States | 14 November 2024I inquired about changing a prescription on 10/12/2024, and someone got back to me on 10/15/2024, asking if I wanted to go ahead and change it. On 10/16/24 I responded I wanted to, but did not hear back, and I asked again on 10/18/2024. On 10/19/2024 a physician replied that my prescription was changed to what I wanted. I was later told the prescription was processed on 10/17/2024. The prescription was sent on 10/21/2024, and I received it on 10/23/2024, but it was the original dose. I wrote back, and was told my order was processed on 10/17/2024, and the prescription was not changed until 10/19/2024. I should have inquired much earlier, as I was disappointed in how long the communications took

Then you need a Dr video call before they'll fill your order. BUT that is scheduled for 2 weeks away. THEN the link the computer sends you doesn't work. You try a different browser. You try their app. NOTHING WORKS -- just a spinner on their page. Finally you get another text saying "sorry you couldn't make the appointment" click THE SAME NON-WORKING LINK to re-schedule. I searched for a customer service number that was useless... "you have to use the app or the website -- we can't provide any info or support on the telephone". AVOID THIS PROVIDER. They are garbage.

I ordered a treatment plan with the expectation that it would arrive before a significant trip, but not only was my order delayed, Hims Support refused to issue a refund despite the inconvenience. The delay in receiving my treatment has added a lot of stress, especially as I manage multiple mental health challenges. While they offered to send a replacement after my return, this solution does not make up for the impact this has had on my plans and well-being. It’s frustrating to feel unsupported by a company that promotes itself as health-focused. Unfortunately, my experience has left me hesitant to rely on Hims in the future

United Kingdom | 13 November 2024Very disappointing customer service! I needed to change a prescription as I can no longer use one of the products. They have purposefully disabled the option to cancel a prescription on their website, clearly as a strategy to keep customers roped in or to make it difficult to actually cancel. You then need to email their customer service team, and in the time it took them to respond, they shipped my next order, which I can no longer use, ie a complete waste of money. Even after explaining what happened and saying how unacceptable it is for a customer to not be able to manage their own prescriptions, they did nothing to ameliorate the situation. I’ve since cancelled all my subscriptions with Hims and will never recommend these thieves to anyone again.
