Their product does not work, They refused to let me cancel trying to offer 50% off to keep the order, they then are now not allowing me to cancel and forcing me to dispute them with my credit card! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Edit: They claimed to have messaged me on my account but as of 1/09/2025 I have not received a message from them since 11/15/2024. The message which was them trying to convince me to resubscribe overall horrible company with zero customer service skills.

Three (3) WEEKS later and I have yet to receive any response or reply from them. The hair products Do NOT work !!!

United States | 10 November 2024Will still charge you for the subscription even when you're in talks with the doctor about getting it changed. I was waiting on the doctor's response and I still get charged for medication that didn't work. The company doesn't care, they want their bucks. As a courtesy, so you don't waste your time- I would say look elsewhere for more communicative and responsive companies.

I had to send a message/question about how long it takes for the prescription to get filled to the alleged nurse on the chat. Received no response. The previous responses seem like AI? I will may be canceling my prescription it is not filled by Monday and have my credit card cancel the purchase.

United States | 09 November 2024What went wrong everything, first the entire shipping process sucks. After waiting 8 days, I check the tracking number, and the package is in Honolulu, HI. The problem is I live in Houston, TX. The website says to use the messaging board for immediate response. No response. The customer support email address sent me back to the same web portal that didn't respond. Don't waste your time or money on these chumps. They are completely clueless about the MEANING OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

I took 2 pills of my prescription and within 15 minutes of taking them I was ready. No foreplay required just ready to go. I however start slow and romance her with some slow kisses to get her in the mood and we had a good 30 minute encounter.

United States | 08 November 2024Shipping is, well...awful. It was fine at first, a year ago, but since then has gone WAY downhill. Used to get shipments in like 3 or 4 days, now it takes 9. Currently I show "order created" on Nov 2nd, today is the 7th, and still no tracking number. And when you DO get a tracking number, it's pretty useless. It will show it was picked up, handed to DHL, then nothing for DAYS, and then suddenly it's in your mailbox. There is literally NO customer support other than your medical provider, so good luck trying to find out what's up when things go wrong.
