So so I think the deliveries arrive when they are supposed to, which is good. However, I am not seeing hair growth… also I was emailed/messaged more than a half dozen times to update my status after having done so. It was annoying AF.

Been taking their Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil Spray 2 x 90ml bottles (6 months supply) for over a year religiously - hair is even worse now despite sometimes appearing thicker. Their advice is to keep taking it. Very expensive experiment. Cancelled.

The in-app tracker and signup language are deceptive. I expected to be billed monthly but was charged annually, prompting me to cancel immediately. Their policy promised a full refund if I canceled before the next shipment, yet the app showed my order was still processing with no shipping confirmation. When I contacted customer support, I received a delayed response stating my subscription was canceled, but an order was already being fulfilled. I was promised a partial refund of $1,989 for treatment I hadn't received. I requested a full refund and the removal of my card information, but customer support resisted and failed to provide their terms and conditions. I believed I had canceled before shipping, as the tracker still showed processing. I only received shipping confirmation after my interactions with customer service, which was not communicated to me via email or app notification. This lack of timely information is concerning. Accessing legal terms and getting help has been nearly impossible. Overall, I find Hers (Hims) manipulative and untrustworthy.

I signed up for a 90 day weight loss program to see if it would work for me. After a few weeks I decided it was not for me. The next thing I know is that Hims charged my credit card another $897.00 for another 90 days of medicine. I was unaware that they put you on automatic renewal if you don't physically cancel your account. I contacted them and they would not do anything to help. They have now charged me another $897 and shipped the product that will be disposed of once it arrives at my home. Be careful when you sign up to do business with HIM's.

I was recommended a prescription for the daily mints by a physician; however, when I received them and began taking them daily (as TOLD), I experienced terrible side effects and could not handle it. So I reached out about my options and the possibility of lowering the dosage, because 8.5mg seemed a lot from what I read. Unfortunately, a different physician (Dr. Bazzy) contacted me in the message thread and was very rude from the start, and what's worse he didn't even bother to read my history and instead told me "the side effects go away in 24 hours." I clarified to him that I was taking the daily mints, but again he gave a scoffing remark to "just take it when needed". None of my questions were answered, and now I am stuck with $195 worth of mints, I won't even be able to take half of them before the expire. Buyer beware, they don't care about you: They just want you buy what makes them the most money!! UPDATE 12/26/2024: Their reply from 12/5 is a LIE, they did NOT follow up with me as stated. This is absolute deception. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

The discreetness of everything was great, however, I'd like to see packaging with nothing on it. The small "h" on the package is an identifier that people will know soon, if not already

Same as many reviews i just read, Scam..... don't be fooled. Product for me and I was not supposed to be on a subscription. As reported in other reviews, they do not let you know they are about to charge, your card and they refuse to return or refund for the un honest charge. Be Aware ! This is not a customer frie day company. PROFITS ONLY. Never Again!

I think I build up an immunity to medications pretty quickly. This medication did its job quite well when I first started using it. But now it doesn't seem to help much. I probably need a higher dose. The only other complaint that I would have is the fact that the company does automatic renewals. I wasn't sure that I was going to purchase it again and suddenly I had a big chunk of money taken out of my account. Yes. It is a normal business practice that too many companies are using these days. I see it as a shady practice to guarantee their next sale. But it is what it is. All in all I don't really have issue with this company. It worked well when I first got it and I think the reason why it doesn't anymore is my own immunities I don't know for sure

Higher dose improved firmness but not length

What makes Hims great for me is they listen to me and help find solutions for my issues but from the convenience of my home. The products they recommend actually work. There's no sales pitches or feelings of being suckered into some kind of gimmick.

The pill isn't working as advertised. I am having to take 2 in order to achieve success. When I took one an hour prior, it only seemed to last about 15 minutes. And as I can only take 2 in a 24 hour period, I'm limited to 1 interaction a day.

Results were good but looking for a little better, maybe a little stronger
