El grupo fue muy amable por chat, tomo tiempo lograr que me aprobaran una reserva, pero despues de varios intentos tengo la habitacion reservada. No podia visitar el sitio antes puesto que no vivo en España, pero al final puedo contar con ellos. Creo que los fees o recargo por reserva usando este sitio web son muy altos.

Great service! I've yet to move into the flat and so can't currently confirm how accurate everything is but the reassurance that if it is not to my expectations things can be dealt with is amazing! After a long search that lasted few months I turned to a beroomers. Quickly its staff satisfied all my requests. I hope my stay in Lisbon will be perfect.

The process was very transparent compared to some of the other sites. They (like a few of the others, but not all, sites) have a chat feature which is almost a necessity when dealing with an overseas company, and especially when you are on a tight timeframe. The chat contacts were fluent in English, available at convenient hours, and were very helpful. Although the listings were not very up to date--as was the case with the other competing websites (an issue for which the landlords are responsible, to my understanding), the contacts were very helpful in contacting the landlord while we were chatting to confirm availability. This was crucial to not wasting time booking unavailable places, and waiting for rejections. Ambra was a pleasure to deal with.

I've been trying to contact landlords all over Madrid to arrange my stay in the city, no one tried to answer but Beroomers. Everything was done within the hour. They addressed my concerns and helped me, it was just so easy. Highly recommended.
