Argentina | 26 September 2018They still the fees. I booked a room with beroomers, paying fees annd 1st month rent. Right after, I received a call from the flat owner how told me that the rent will be finally more expensive. I refused and contact the beroomers customer services. They did refund me the 1st month rent but they refuse to refund there fees (130 euros). That's against their policy, and I fighting now for a month to be refund. They don't even answer to my mails! Worst experience ever, they enjoy the difficulties we have to find a flat in Madrid. Avoid them.

Os sentiréis cuidados por una agencia humana que se vuelca para ayudarte. Siempre será poco lo que pueda hacer para agradecer lo que han echo por mi. P.D : Sed previsores reservad con tiempo, no como yo que soy un desastre, que sino luego las habitaciones vuelan

Spain | 14 September 2018I had the worst experience with them. I booked an apartment with them and when I arrived to the place it wasn't what the advertisement showed. I have asked to give me my money back but they are making up excuses and they won't help me get through the process. They are rude and unhelpful. They are doing their best to keep my money and not refund me what belongs to me. It is so unfair, for them, the costumer is not a priority but the owners of the apartments. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL otherwise you will get scammed. I do not recommend it AT ALL! It is horrible to arrive to a new city and go through this time consuming process when you know you are saying the truth and they are just being unfair. If this is doesn't turn out well I will proceed contacting the police. If you want to avoid this, don't use Beroomers!!

United Kingdom | 13 August 2018Lo peor experiencia. Yo he reservado mi habitación con Beroomers para mi intercambio en Santiago, Chile, en Providencia por seis meses. Cuando llegué a Santiago, mi habitación no aparecía nada con los fotos en Beroomers. Fue obvio que no han sido comprobados en muchos años. Todo fueron horrible y sucio. Para colma, el dueño no me dio mi depósito sin razón cuando traté dejar y no hicieron nada para ayudarme Por eso, yo escribí a Beroomers para ayudarme, pero ellos no hicieron nada. No respondieron de mis correos, y ellos dijeron esto fue porque no trabajan por los fines de semanas. Lo único fue para escribir al dueño, pero fue claro que ellos no quisieran ayudarme. Estaba sola en una gran ciudad por primer vez, y eso me hacía sentir terrible. También, el precio por servicio es muy grande. Fue carísimo reservar este habitación, y los precios en Beroomers por la renta son doble de los normales en Santiago. Por eso, yo necesitaba pagar una renta que fue doble de las otras personas en la misma casa!! No use este sitio web por favor.

United States | 30 June 2018I am not happy with this company at all. I booked 4 different shared rooms at 8:30 AM. (You may be wondering why I booked four at once. My customer service rep recommended it to because it increases the chances of getting a room). About an hour later, my future roommate calls me and says they don't like one of the four that I booked and they want me to cancel it. No problem, I thought. I emailed the customer service and started a 'help' chat and asked to cancel one of the bookings. No response from either. I went to my account. No way to cancel bookings from there. I called, no answer. An hour later, my reservation has been confirmed. Of course, by the one room I was trying to cancel. About 20 minutes later I call again, and am greeted by Juan. Very nice guy and extremely helpful. I explain the situation and he said since I tried to cancel, he will help me out. 5 minutes later, I get an email from the original customer service rep that had been ignoring my emails and pleas for the last hour. She basically says "sucks to suck". Says I should have tried harder and I am stuck with the booking. Even though I emailed, tried the help line, and looked at every square inch of the website to try and cancel it myself. Not to mention I called and got no answer. Absolutely horrible customer service and a poorly set up website. If I have no way to cancel my bookings on my own, how is it my fault you did not respond? Be careful with this website. It is legit for booking, but make sure you make no mistakes or else they will just ignore you and say it is your fault. Downvote from me.

Denmark | 20 June 201827'th of may i booked an apartment via BeRoomers. This turned out to be a disaster! First of all, i tried to write to BeRoomers to change the move-in date, and they told me to write to the landlord. The landlord said it was okay with her, but i needed to check in with BeRoomers about this.So i got BACK to BeRoomers, and they wouldn't really help me in the live-chat, and asked me to send an e-mail. I did this, but never recieved an answer. So we wrote again, and still didn't get any answer. Today (20'th of june, almost one month later), i wrote to BeRoomers again, and told them how unsatisfying this whole situation is, and because they didn't gave us an answer in right time, the plane ticket prices has gone up like crazy! So now we also have an extra expense here. BeRoomers says it's ok to move in one week later than i booked, but i will have to pay for this period. And i told them that because they didn't answer in time, the prices had gone up, and now we have to pay more, because of BeRoomers bad customer service. I decide to cancel, because of their mistake, and this is ok with them, but we have to pay the fee (around 250 euro) to cancel, EVEN THOUGH the mistake is all on them, because they didn't answer!! I was absolutely not happy with this. Second of all, i had noticed a mistake in the booking confirmation i recieved. The add said the deposit for the apartment would be 250 euro. The e-mail says the deposit for the apartment is 250 euro. BUT! In the end of the mail, it says 850 euro - so of course i point this out for the guy in BeRoomers customer experience, and he says it's 850 euro. I tell him THIS can't be true, because the add said 250 euro, and we booked it, because it was what we had in our budget. And the e-mail said 250 as well, except from at the end of the mail. So i refuse to pay one cent more than 250 euro, because this was what the add said AND the booking confirmation, except from the end of the mail. My colleagues told me that i should find something via BeRoomers, because this is a page some of my other colleagues uses, but we will make sure no one of our colleagues will use BeRoomers in the future, due to this bullsh*t customer service.
