Really helpful, courteous and quick.

The cancellation policy is absurd and is not clear; the client "must cancel 2 month before" to avoid any charge; if you do not cancel "2 month" before then the charge will be near to the 100% of the cost. The cost is very expensive, because you should pay two fees for two intermediaries; it's cheaper look for airbnb or some hotel. Really a bad experience, never will use or recommend to another.

I experienced great support from the beromeers team. They are constantly in touch with you, trying to help you and in case solve problems. They are friendly and immediately all the information was given by them. Thus, I wat to thank them for a great support. For now I consider this company as a trustworthy and supportive.

I am from Maastricht, I had a really bad experience with this agency. They told me I could withdraw at anytime, that I could get my money back. When I did, they pretend they never told me that, that I should have been aware that I would never get my payment cancelled. They keep it blur, never being clear about this. This is a real scam, beware
