Good price for the product and prompt delivery, although I paid extra for next day delivery, overlooking that I was too late in the day to get it!

Even though the original product was not up to my expectations. Customer support tried to ensure that I was happy in the end. (With replacement product.) So well done to them.

Ordered "hammered cutlery". Clearly wasn't hammered but instead made by laser cutting and looked cheap. Had to email them directly to arrange a refund and the postage there and back cost me £9 (which wasn't refunded). Recommend only buying their products via a third party with a better refund process.

Excellent customer service. Our Haden microwave (still under warranty) developed a fault with the internal light flickering, flashing and dimming intermittently/irratically, although the microwave still worked. I phoned customer services, explained the problem, was asked for my email and told I would get a response within 24 hours. An email response came within that time period, saying a replacement microwave was being sent out, along with a return label to send the faulty product back. I received the replacement within the next couple of days - the whole problem resolved within 5 days. Jo at customer services couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent now have the toaster and kettle.
