Really enjoying my Haden Heritage Kettle and 2 slice toaster (ivory colour). It goes very nice with my neutral cottage kitchen, stylish with a retro hint but still modern. I read some reviews saying that the top handle gets too hot to touch after the kettle boils, which made me hesitate buying it but I don’t have that problem at all! I also got it at a discounted price (but would’ve happily paid for the full price!). 100% recommended!

We bought a toaster and a kettle. We are very pleased with both appliances.

Delivery of goods was quick and well packaged, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the colour of the product wasn't what I expected I wanted sage green but its more like a teal colour so now I have to buy new tea, coffee, sugar cannisters and bread bin when I've only just bought them. So more expense than I wanted.

Is this about the kettle I just ordered? It has drips leaking from the seam near the bottom of it. Cost a total of fifty quid once the postage was added on and doesnt look or feel worth that.

Had a faulty microwave still under guarantee, contacted Sabichi, replacement arranged and delivery organised, no problem.Special thanks to Jo for all her help, great customer service skills.
