Ordering on-line - not good. Mistakes were not communicated until all info was input, resulting in the need to enter info several times. Delivery so-so. Stated delivery "will be on 3 Nov.". Actual delivery 4 Nov. Product assembly instructions - not good. Product - good. As described on web site. Overall: OK, but could do better.

Lovely frying pan but I thought I'd ordered the one with black non stick lining and unfortunately the eggs stick, which is the reason I bought it!

I had to return a faulty kettle to Amazon and because that was quite difficult decided to buy the replacement direct from the manufacturer. They are very easy to deal with and I’m pleased with the kettle.

I still have not received my package.

I paid for express delivery because it was supposed to a last minute gift for someone, but when I called the office to find out where my package was, my package hadn't been collected in time, it was collected two days later. I was refunded for the amount, but it was disappointing, considering it should have been delivered the next business day.

I have recently ordered and received a toaster kettle and microwave by Haden the dorchester range. Lovely product good price and no problems with delivery. I hadn't used the products yet as waiting for my new kitchen

After many years, it was time for a change and when we spotted the Haden range we were hooked. New toaster and kettle arrived promptly and fit in nicely, already making great toast and boiling lots of water!

Excellent kettle....... handle gets hot occasionally after boiling but very happy with it.....

I purchased from Amazon a 4 Slice Salcombe toaster, for a year it worked perfectly. Then it wasn’t browning the toast but burning the outside. Knowing I couldn’t approach Amazon I decided to phone Haden direct. The service I received from Jo in Customer Services was really outstanding. She arranged for the toaster to be collected, also a refund. I ordered same toaster direct from Haden. Price had gone up Jo has arranged for a refund for the difference in price. Who could ask for a better service than this.

Gorgeous products maybe a little over priced but boy do they look good, especially on camera!!
