Had Dracakis make a number of pieces from old jewellery I owned and very pleased indeed with the outcomes

Nick and the team at Dracakis Warringah Mall always make us feel welcome and have just the most adorable jewellery!

My partner and I had a really positive shopping experience with Nick Drakakis at their Warringah Mall shop. We could not have been better looked after and we will certainly return and also recommend their jewelry to our friends.

Good advice at choosing a favourite piece ,but it needed more than one staff member to explain certain questions we had regarding the jewellery. Also we didn’t receive a detailed description of a quite expensive necklace ( sale or not sale doesn’t matter ). Leaving the shop we were hardly acknowledged any more because another customer had entered the shop. Nevertheless I am happy with my choice and as we found a very nice Necklace from a shop that provides very good quality jewellery.

Excellent and friendly service but don't give them your email address. We are very happy with the ring. My only reason for not providing 5 stars is that they have given or sold my email address to a third party without my agreement.

My dealings with Dracakis Jewellers have always been positive. The service is very friendly, helpful and professional.

Had a difficult restoration of a large amber pendant. I was done quickly and the result was superb.

Initially we had a few hiccups with my purchases but in the end I am one very satisfied customer. The jewellery is exquisite and feels me with love every day.

What an absolute find, I was looking for an Opal and had looked around the Rocks area but couldn't find what I was looking for . My cousin suggested going to Dracakis Jewellers , as she had bought a ring there many years ago, well to my delight I found exactly what I was looking for. The staff were superb in getting everything sorted. I would recommend a visit.
