I had a missing stone and damage to a hanging stone and they have done a wonderful job of fixing, securing and replacing the missing stone. Very happy with the result

The gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable, He was courteous an extremely helpful to the point that I will go back when I am looking to purchase quality jewelry. (The only reason I do not shop there a lot is that I live in Wollstonecraft). I couldn’t wear my fabulous Bvlgari ring because it had become too small because of arthritis. I asked if I could have it stretched and was told that they could go up one size but would try two sizes. They rang me and said they would only go one as they were concerned the gold would tear. I got the ring back and it was amazing. Looked like it was the original one I had been given. No trace that work had been done on it. Very impressed indeed!
