I took my engagement ring to Drakakis for help with a faulty setting. Although the original ring did not come through Drakakis, I was treated like a valued customer right from the start. The ring was reset beautifully, with excellent workmanship. They delivered the finished product on time and as promised. I would like to have another ring made in the future and I will be returning to Drakakis.

The process regarding the repair of my two pieces of jewellery was great. The assistant talked through the options, provided me with the cost, advised when they would be ready, phoned to confirm and the items had been beautifully cleaned too.
