It was expensive for me because I’m living on Social Security. Shortly after I completed the process you came out with military discounts I would have been eligible for and I just saw another discount you offered. These discounts would have helped me a lot. You should give all veterans a discount!

I was pleased with the process of signing up with Elevate but since signing up it has not been so great. I still do not have my card and I'm beginning to think I was taken for my money. I have sent my login information several times and still nothing. My login information is my password OhSnap317; Please fix my account information so that I can get my card

Went through the process paid the money got approved before realizing, the is no medicine near me! I will have to drive over 120 miles to cross a state line where I don’t even need a card. I either need my $ back or a way to receive the medicine
