I've used Elevate Holistics for the past 3 years to renew my medical card. I love this company so much! The process is fast, seamless and the entire staff is professional and helpful. The cost is also below what others charge in my area. I can't recommend them enough! Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Md changed my allotted amount without notifying or discussing with me had to drop the recommendation and go to a new md who approved me for the amount i had before and i had to pay 2 mds and you wont give me a refund so not satisfied

The representatives for this company are very helpful and I highly recommend paying the extra money to have them fill out the application for you; it saves the customer so much stress and frustration. From the time I got all my paperwork sent in, it took less than a week for me to get my card. I had a very positive experience with EH and would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to get approved for their medical card.

I have used a competitor that says they will price match and after filling out their form they somehow decided that $130 is a match for $80. Anyway I came back to Elevate and within a couple of hours we were done. So easy, don’t waste your time searching, Elevate Holistics is the best by far.

Simple easy and friendly

I got on the website and had an appointment within minutes. My appointment was quick and easy. My Dr. was fantastic and seemed caring. I chose to pay extra for them to do everything for me. The only thing wrong is on my height it says I'm 5'13" lol. Why would I not be 6'1"? I'm actually 5'2" so I'm not sure how that happened.

Good news first! It's very quick and easy with Elevate Holistics. I called and got same day appointment. Very simple, just follow a link through the email they send you and you're video calling with a doctor immediately. The bad... You cannot see when your card is expiring. It is not posted anywhere on their website when you sign into your account (at least not that I could find with all of my searching and I've been using them for 3 years). I realize it expires one year from the day you get approved/renew, but sometimes you forget to make note of that day. They start sending renewal emails maybe 1-2 months prior to expiration (but the emails don't say how long you have or even when the expiration date is). So, if you forget and renew one month sooner than you're set to expire, then you basically waste that last month because your new card starts immediately. If this is unintentional on Elevate's part, then its an easy fix--make the expiration dates easily accessible OR don't activate a renewal until the person's current card expires. If this is intentional, then this is not a good look for Elevate Holistics. It's already one of the most expensive options in my area. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ADMINS!

The process was both streamlined and tailored to be helpful, all promises made were kept in earnest. The workers were happy and helpful and the doctor was immensely knowledgeable, and seemed to fully understand what I was going through and why I needed this help. I could not ask for a better experience.

This company was wonderful to work with!! Fast service and answered any questions I had. I had my appointment Sunday evening and was ready to pay the state fee Monday morning!!!
