The whole experience was amazingly easy, got the date and time for my appointment that I wanted. The doctor was easy to talk to, the recommendation was uploaded quickly and being able to get it all done from the comfort of my home made it all around fantastic.

EH keeps sending me notices that my card expires soon, even though it doesn’t expire until 2026. Their basic service is good but their CRM system cannot keep up with people who got the three-year option at first renewal.

Easy appointment, fast and professional. Save the extra money from the option to have them file it for you within 24hrs. All it is is uploading pictures and your name, address, etc. Takes 7 mins to do yourself and complete. Excellent price for ppl like me who have VA or no insurance to see the Dr. to get recommendation. This is my 2nd time using them. Will keep using.

Excellent and quick service!

I was referred to Elevate in 2022 by Bloom Medicinals to renew my medical license. In 2023, I thought I was making an appointment with Elevate, but instead logged into Green Mind Physicians and scheduled an appointment. Once I realized this was not Elevate, I tried to cancel the appointment, but was not able to. The was going to renew thru Green Minds, but changed my mind..the session was not video and the physician asked for my social security number, even though I had entered it on their portal. I told the physician I was not comfortable sharing my SSN over the phone, and told Green Minds I was going to reach out to Elevate. I am glad I did! I was able to see and have a conversation the physician.

The doctors are great, however spamming my email for a review knocks off a star.

As this was my renewal license it is the second time I have used EH (Elevate-Holistics). Both times were quick easy and they did all the leg work. The doctor teams are knowledgeable and compassionate, great traits for this work.

I used Elevate for my renewal. It was quick and easy, with Doc asking me a few questions about my current meds and how everything was going. They were ready and avail on my schedule.

Super fast and simple.

I paid for the full service, but I still had to go in and double check everything and fix things. They didn’t submit the right kind of application (renewal vs new application), which delayed everything, and they didn’t notice that the proof of address was the wrong kind of form. Not sure what exactly I paid for.

Try to apply active coupon to the site which the site itself advertise upon signing up. Said the coupon was invalid no matter how many times I applied it and double checked it. Never got my discount. NEW10 save $10 11/8/23
