For the second year in a row Elevated Holistics screwed up my birthday on my card, which means I can not use my dispencery. Its been over a week and this problem is still not fixed

I’ve asked for a manager to call me, I’m still waiting. It’s been about two weeks. Wait time on the phone was too long, every time. I’m disabled and old, needing help with this procedure, since everything is online, and paid for extra service. I still had to do all the legwork to get my card renewed, no help from the company as far as I know. Very difficult to get a straight answer from anybody at this business. Would not recommend this business to others.

Filling out the application and scheduling the appointment was easier this time compared to previous renewal. I gave 3/5 stars because the physician was lazy when filling out my form and didn't fill it out completely. (I say lazy because instead of filling out my address properly they just put whatever they wanted) Resulting in my application getting rejected, then my card expired because I had to wait twice as long to get my application approved. Customer service guy was great tho once I finally got my call to go through

It's was super simple and happened same day. The video call with the Dr had no audio so they called and did my stuff then. They had it all ready to go and uploaded in less than 24 hrs. Will def recommend them to anyone that needs a card.

Appt with dr was quick and she was very easy to talk to. Communication after with the staff was not great. They submitted my address incorrect. I caught it same day and they never resolved the issue. I paid for the service for them to submit and manage it so this really was a bummer. Even after reaching out again when it was approved, after saying they would contact omma to fix it, still no resolution or contact back to me. Luckily weeks later it finally got forwarded to my address.

The Best also the easiest way to get your medical card at reasonable price!!! Very satisfied!!!
