Have not received purchase. No one had any idea where the parcel is. I have receive very little response from the business. It was an expensive parcel and I keep trying to get a response.

I grew extremely skeptical after ordering my Persol sunglasses due to the fact it appeared to be a UK company but my product shipped from Israel. I waited it out because Blueberry Brands patiently responded to all my incessant emails. Long story short, I received my sunglasses on the date promised and am 100% satisfied.

A little disappointed as I requested 39/40 (USA 7/8) but received USA 9/10. However Blueberrybrands contacted me to discuss the issue and Shiran in Customer Services gave nothing short of 100% help and advice. He explained Havaianas sizing re styles and offered a full refund which was totally unexpected. I would certainly recommend and will deal with Blueberrybrands in the future

Placed my order on a Sunday, after looking on Trust Pilot and seeing positive reviews. Luckily I took a screen shot when the order went through giving me an order number as I never received any email confirmation which did make me feel abit uneasy after never ordering off this site before. After contacting the site twice giving my order number the shoes arrived just after a week which isn’t bad, however, I finally got an email to say my items were on the way after receiving them. I just think some more contact and an email confirmation would have put my mind at rest.

was cheap but took longer than normal (as said in the shipping terms so no deduction). But the tracking didnt work properly so u couldnt see whether it’s on the way or not.
