Spedizione in Italia terribile. La spedizione non avviene assolutamente in una settimana, dopo tre settimane il pacco é ancora in viaggio e chissà quanto tempo ancora resterà in dogana. Per risparmiare qualche euro ho provato ad acquistare su questo sito; non lo rifarò e alla consegna non sarò piú presente all’indirizzo indicato per la spedizione pertanto, non ritirando il pacco, chiederò un rimborso totale.

Hi, didn't order anything yet but I bought shoes on a website (not yours) once and they never arrived, so I'm pretty scared to order on any other website now, is there any reasons I should be worried?

I ordered a pair of Havianas and they were not the right size so they gave me an exchange, it was all very fast and hassle free. The service was very good and they responded to my emails very fast. The box they were delivered in was a little squashed but the flip flops were fine. I would shop here again.

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on July 4th. It was delivered to me on August 2nd in Italy where I live. I also paid the customs fees of 14.37 euros. But Blueberrybrands made the reimbursement of expenses in a day after sending a copy of the Postaeitaliane receipt. Surely it was some shipping error. They ware very helpful to resolve my problems. (I evaluated 4 stars for the reason of the waiting time ...)
