Fast delivery with reasonable prices

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Blueberry Brands, unfortunately they became faulty. I contacted the company, they replied immediately requesting that I send the glasses back for a full refund or exchange. Within a week my issue had been resolved. Quite possibly the best customer service I have experienced and I shop online A LOT! Thanks again Blueberry, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again in the future :)

Bad bad bad Never received the item

All indications are that this company is based in Israel despite the co.uk address, which was misleading. It perhaps explained why my credit card was blocked after using the website. As with many other customers, no email confirming dispatch was received. The item was not as expected and I requested a return. This is quite a cumbersome process involving a few email requests; ultimately a postal label only valid for one day (the day it is issued) was supplied. It is not as easy as implied on the website. Once the item was dispatched, the refund came relatively quickly, although there was no communication about anything, I had to write and ask. Overall, I had little sense of who I was dealing with and I would not purchase from Blueberrybrands again.

I was a bit hesitant using Blueberry brands at first as I had never heard of them before in Australia but I am glad I did. We bought a pair of Women's Merrell Moab 2 GTX Mids and they had the colour that not many other stores had. There was a bit of a delay in getting a notification that the shoes had been sent. I sent a quick email to Blueberry and they got back to me with a tracking number the day after. I would use them again. The shoes arrived in Perth Australia about 2 weeks after placing our order. Thanks!

Ottimo servizio, peccato la spedizione anche se non direttamente gestita da loro. Credo che il tipo di servizio scelto per la spedizione in Italia non sia all'altezza, altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle. Il pacco è arrivato in ritardo e tutto ammaccato, fortunatamente la merce all'interno è rimasta integra.

Tempi di consegna lunghi: 13 giorni a fronte di 7 promessi per le spedizioni in Italia. Great price for some Ray Ban glasses. They seem new ones even if oddly dusty. Slow shipment: 13 days to get them delivered against 7 stated for the delivery in Italy
