I received the merchandise in a timely fashion. The email confirming my order said that I would be notified when the order shipped but I had to contact the company to find out what the status was. That’s really the only thing I wish would’ve been different.

Item comes from Israel and was fake cheap copy off Versace sunglasses. Second thing no answer by email about refund until I open case on PayPal. Then after 1 month I send it back to Israel it cost me 12.95 . Still waiting my refund money. So if you buy, buy by PayPal!

It took 10 days for my order to arrive to me in NYC - not horrible considering I knew it was an overseas shipment. However, I kept waiting for a tracking number, and finally after a week had passed, I emailed customer support and only then did I receive the tracking info.

Excellent service and price. After trying them on, I needed to exchange my Merrell Walkng Shoes for the next size up, but had no problem. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend Blueberrybrands, and would certainly not hesitate in using them again.

Very kind answer by email (from UK), when I requested the tracking number ( which is usually, with any internet shopping, sent automatically to the customer, as soon as payment is confirmed!) and also on the phone, ...I had to search Internet to get the phone number of that company (Israel?!). BUT package kept at German customs for a week (from 13th to 22 March, day when I finally got a letter from customs), this is not surprising as the package had been sent from...Nicaragua (!!??!!).... Although, on the internet tracking page,it read: airfreight from NL?! In short, what a hassle to finally receive just a simple backpack. ordered on March 6, and we picked it up the customs on March 22, having to pay extra 18 euros there!! 3 years ago, I had ordered exactly the same item (from obviously another company), and had received it within 5 days....with a normal shipment within Europe, not accross the whole planet, as happened this time!
