We have used Lee at Supertravel for many years for our Group Holiday each year. I only took over this year as "Leader" however I can say that I received all the help I needed, particularly when Monarch collapsed on the day we were coming back. Lee kept us fully advised of the situation with regard to replacement flights, so although stressful, was in the end dealt with very efficiently. I am now looking at next year!

I was recommended this company by a friend which is always a good sign and I could not complain. It was for a group of 4 couples and the attention to detail was second to none. The communication between myself and Mark was excellent as nothing was to much trouble for him. The price was also good compared to other companies. All in all the holiday was a great success with no problems at all and I would certainly book with this company again.

Lee at Supertravel has been organising our holidays in Portugal for over ten years and always does an excellent job booking our entire package (flights, hotel, golf and car) exactly as we want it. He knows what we want right down to our preferred tee times and responds quickly and efficiently to any requests we have. We've just got back from another marvellous break in the Algarve and are already looking forward to our next trip with Supertravel.

We must confess to being a bit indecisive over where & when to take our short autumn golfing break, and the helpful way that Supertravel made suggestions and tailored our holiday was exemplary. The final problem was that Monarch Air stopped flying at 4am on the day that we were to fly home at noon. All the Supertravel team were in place at our end and in London and ensured that we too were in the right place and time to be on the replacement flight - without their efficiency we would have missed it as there was nothing on the website until well after the time we had to leave the hotel to drive to the airport. Full marks to the man at the airport! We had a brilliant holiday on all counts - hotel, golf and arrangements thanks to this company's efficiency, and recommend it unreservedly.
