Have recently returned from a trip to Lisbon to celebrate a 'big' birthday with friends. Excellent customer service from Mark, who booked the outbound flight and hotel. Air Portugal changed our flight time about 2 months before our departure date, but Mark found us an alternative flight setting off early from Liverpool which meant we didn't lose a day of our trip. The hotel was amazing, had a wonderful view from our terrace room, and complimentary Portuguese tart and port on the first night. The trip was perfect, no thanks to Mark's prompt service and eye for detail, plus of course telling the hotel it was my birthday!

We had everything we asked for and more, always quick response from Lee regarding anything however trivual , made our trip worry free. Thank you and looking forward to next year. Patrick

We have used Supertravel for many years - to arrange our yearly golf trip. This year we were 12 golfers going to Vilamoura, Portugal for 5+ days of golf. Supertravel arranged hotel, golf and all local transport. They were flexible and accommodated changes to dates/golf courses and hotel reservations - and all worked perfectly. First trip to the Algarve and first time to use Supertravel. From lots of options Mark homed in on a great holiday for us. We wanted to stay longer and want to go back and will use Supertravel again for their efficient and knowledgable service.

I recently gave Supertravel a very poor review on the basis of being on the wrong end of some poor customer service at initial enquiry stage. However, on posting my poor review I was immediately contacted by Ed Terre via both email and telephone in his attempts to both understand my dissatisfaction and rectify the situation. From that point onwards the assistance I received from Ed was exemplary and he left no stone unturned in his quest to secure me a break that would meet my fairly exacting requirements. I'm now sat in a restaurant on Madeira at the back-end of my 7-night trip and felt it necessary to try to put right my previous poor review. Ed organised this trip on my behalf and, so far, it's gone like clockwork and according to his plans. Being a Project Manager myself I know all to well how the best laid plans can go all too wrong. Not in this case though. Being a serial moaner (as my friends and family will testify) my only complaint about this trip is that I've nothing to whinge about!! Hotel is good, car hire good (I'll give the car hire company's poor desk service a miss... beyond Supertravels control) and the golf has been excellent (the courses. Not my golf which has been to its usual shoddy standard). So, well done and thank you to Ed and the Supertravel team for helping to make this a most relaxing and enjoyable trip for a stroppy old lone traveller. I'd thoroughly recommend Supertravel if you're looking for a well organised break.

Excellent service from Lee and the team at Supertravel which was borne out by a fantastic holiday. Playing golf in paradise doesn't come better than this.

First time we have used this company but certainly not the last. Lee gave us some excellent advise that insured our holiday went very smoothly,the hotel,Cassa Velha,is fab very relaxed and superb food. The golf was great but we needed a buggy and again Lee had already suggested we would need one. I also did a price comparison and Supertravel were the best Terrific holiday Mark and Deanna

We were lucky enough to use Supertravel to plan our 2015 Christmas holiday at Chalet Maroi in St Anton, Austria. The accommodations, meals, and service were superb.

We have been using Edward Terre to book golf holidays for us for many years now and his latest recommendation was sensational. We spent a week at the Castillo Hotel Son Vida in Mallorca this month and it was fantastic in every way. I cannot recommend Ed or Supertravel Golf highly enough.

This is the third time my husband and I have booked the above golf holiday through Lee Birkett at Supertravel . Lee has always been very efficient and there have never been any problems Everything has gone smoothly No complaints and I would not hesitate in using Supertravel and Lee again . The San Lorenzo Golf Tournament is a very enjoyable week staying at the Dona Filipe Hotel and playing 4 rounds on the San Lorenzo course Although a competition week it is more like social golf and we have met and played with some really nice people . Unfortunately last year we had to cancel the second holiday a few weeks before we were due to go . Lee did everything he could and gave us everything we needed for our insurance claim . I would recommend Supertravel
