Delivery was slow (a week from order), but still arrived a day before the courier was 'scheduled' to deliver! Packaging was terrible in a flimsy box with inadequate taping, and as a result a number of items/parts were missing... However the resolution was quick so all well now. Nearly forgot to say the price was very good, and delivery was free - almost got lost in the melee!

Only a small order for greenhouse spares bit these arrived quickly so I will certainly use this company again in the future.

I ordered acrylic greenhouse panels in 610 x 440 but received the next size up which means that I'll need to cut them down to size. A fast service spoiled by shipping the wrong product!

This company was a pleasure to deal with,knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. The 8x5 greenhouse was delivered on time and is a well crafted product which assembled easily onto a stone base. But DO take time to read and re-read the instructions because I found that any nuts that had to be undone tended to lock and invariably sheared off. Five to be exact. I chose horticultural glass and it all fitted and was secured well with the glassing clips. Total construction time was 12 hours and I couldn't have done it quicker.

I ordered a 2' x 2' piece of greenhouse glass for the window of my new chicken house from the website that came up on google search and was very surprised and pleased with the price. The glass/perspex came 3 days later and I was more than pleased with it, it is now fitted and looks great. It is more like glass than perspex with a very clear view. Hope the chooks appreciate it : )

I bought a small portable BBQ as a Christmas present and it arrived badly damaged. I suspect that was not the fault of Greenhouse Warehouse, but the carriers. I called the firm and having sent photographs of the damage, they immediately agreed to send a replacement with apologies for the trouble it had caused me. It arrived yesterday and was perfect. Great service and I would happily use Greenhouse Warehouse again.

Rubber rake bought because a friend showed me his. I don't know why but it seems to work better than my old wire rake, especially with leaves on a shingle drive.

I recently bought a greenhouse that need some talking through as I was unsure what sort of greenhouse would be best. The guy on the phone was very good and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to know, and sent me some dimentions for the base for us to prepare on site. The greenhouse arrived as discussed with no problems.

I bought a 2x8ft leanto greenhouse which arrived a few weeks ago. It was a bit of a conundrum to put up (my husband tells me) but once complete is a very nice item. I look forward to using it. A good quality product.
