I paid for my goods online with the next day delivery option selected. The next day I called to confirm my greenhouse was on its way and was told it wasn't arriving until 2 days later and that the website was wrong. There was no offer to try to resolve my problem, barely an apology and no compensation. Even after I explained that it was a birthday present and I was only off work that day, still no offer to see what they could do. Spoke to two people with shocking customer service skills. I had to cancel my order and look elsewhere in the end. I could have ordered it from tesco but was trying to give a small business my custom instead.

The goods ordered were not as described on the website and by correspondence. Delivery was in the evening and the goods were damaged and we could not get hold of anyone. The Romanian driver insisted that we took delivery otherwise he would offload the goods and leave them on the driveway. There were also problems when they came to collect the goods. Sadly a bad experience down to the company not knowing their product size and weight also misinformation on the wood treatment and type of glass fitted.

Ordered some rubber seals for the door of my second hand green house what else can I say but they fitted perfect and keeps the door sealed bit of advice soak in hot soapy water over night and run some soap up the side of door before trying to fit them

Service from this company online was excellent and items very well packed.

This was a replacement product for me as the previous one disintegrated due to exposure to uv light. However the new one has a function missing and does not perform to the same specification as the original. It might have been considered more honest to state this in the advertising and not let me find out having bought the product.

Ordered a Palram greeenhouse which arrived two days later, so very prompt despatch. Previous telephone enquiries had also been dealt with promptly. Based on this experience I would be happy to order from the Greenhouse Warehouse again, should the need arise.

Now that (finally) it is up we are pleased with the product. However the instructions could be more forthcoming - there is no point in telling us right at the end not to fully tighten the bolts . My fingers and thumbs will never be the same again. You really need to be quite strong in the fingers and hands to make this an easy assembly. However you'll be pleased to hear that my husband and I are now talking again.
