It works well does everything it’s supposed to and the charger works

I order a Samsung watch 3 which I was unable to connect to cellular service. The watch itself was in great shape but just wouldn’t connect. I called and explained my situation. They immediately issued me a return and I decided to try the Samsung 4 watch. It is perfect! It was in great shape (no scratches or marks), battery lasts 36 hours or so and I am extremely happy with my purchase. As a side note, my husband loved the watch 3 so much we decided to keep both!

I have now emailed this company twice to return an item because I ordered the wrong case and they have not responded back to me

Wireless charging station is not operating. I plugged in my MS Surface Pro8 tablet to recharge and the A4C charge depleted withing 30 min from a full charge.
