It took too long for delivery overall package came intact and good when I order the surgical mask.

Received my cooler in 2 days after ordering. Was exactly as described and I would definitely buy from A4C again.

A little better update on shipping would be helpful. I was notified that it shipped the same day it arrived!

Delivery was delayed. Package sat in Stow Ohio for 5 days with no movement.

The product I purchased was high quality, and the price was excellent. The only problem I had was the shipping, it took over a week to receive my order. Very slow response, it went through DHL and then to the USPS. Slow to be processed and delivered.

Recently received my 65qt cooler but the Dry Storage Tray & Bottle Opener we’re not included inside the cooler. I have attempted to contact A4C, but not heard back. I will update results if/when they respond.

I can usually find something cool and below the normal retail price at A4C (even if it is a refurb). I've never gotten "crap" from them.
