The box was damaged

One of the boxes arrived damaged.

Quick and easy and also got the product as expected.

Didn't have any issues with the site and the product arrived in perfect conditions.

Original tws Packaging was damaged when it came .. it had a hole near the tws as if some tried to pull it out.. But so far no issues with TWS..it's working fine

one item was meant to be a gift but arrived with damaged box, customer service didn't offer me any other option but to return it.

When listening to music - sound quality is adequate, but when making calls - I get lots of white noise and interference, it’s very annoying since it’s hard to hear

The battery stopped charging after 8 months. The USB cover broke off with in a week which I did not think was a big deal. The battery charged great overall and help up. But after 8 months it stopped charging and the response I received was it has a 90 day warranty. That’s it.
