From order to finish the process was seamless. I did not have to contact customer service so I cannot say how well they would have handled anything.

Mask straps are breaking away from mask. Not a good connection. 1st 3 broke and are not usable. Poor quality control.

I bought a ps4 and the shipping was horrible! Broken all to hell! my 400$ is only worth two pieces of foam top and bottom for protection. if I Could post pictures if Would. I stayed away from purchasing online just for this reason.. go somewhere else who appreciates and protects your hard earned money. My time is priceless to, now I got to spend it to deal with their incompetence. I sent them pictures and they have the audacity to ask if it was still functional enough to keep! WTH! I wish the pic were downloadable, it shows open damage by the plug inlet Oh let me plug it in and check"zzzzzzzzzzaaaaaaaaappppppppp". If that's the kind of response you get you might as well try to plug it in and get a lawsuit going.. haha crazy people. NO I don't recommend them. Guess I'll find out how their return department f**** things up because apparently shipping and customer services are lacking.. wish me luck...
