Only complaint is that I bought my first Lifeproof case, which came with some sort of key to open it but there were no instructions on how to use it properly. Thankfully, we figured it out without damaging the case. Aside from that minor detail, very satisfied with purchase and will definitely purchase from again.

I ordered a otter box refurbished iphone case for my iphone xr, the case is awesome, I am very happy with it, my only problem was when I recieved, it had no install instructions, so I went to youtube, they had instructions. Once I had the case on my phone, all was well. I think it should have installation print out.
