Bought an Otterbox refurbished 65-quart cooler It was perfect with no issues and happy with the product. I was not happy with the "need to be home" for the delivery. That should be changed.

Item was canceled due to out of stock, two times.

I ordered a few cases for my iPhone X. I ordered 3 certified refurbished and 1 new. I had an issue with one of the refurbished cases, not A4C's fault nor it being refurbished as the others looked good as new but the case had manufacturing flaws which I read about on other websites after I ordered. I wrote to them explaining my issues and later that day had a response and refund for the faulty case. Excellent customer service and quick shipment & processing. Will definatly be back to shop with A4C!
