Charger is great and it works well

The order was processed and shipped very quickly. The product was as described.

I bought a refurbished charger. Came in looking new, but presented poor performance and upon closer inspection the ports were corroded and wasn’t acceptable. A4C responded quickly and issued a return form (prepaid) and gave a full refund. Very good customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered two charging pads. They are unable to charge the phone due to thickness of the case. Return policy suggests that shipping is only covered on returns that are defective, and I'm guessing I'd have to pay those fees since it's an incompatibility with my device.
