My order was cancelled short after o placed the order. No explanation or apology, or notification. I realized it when I clicked the tracking on the original order confirmation when I had expected it to arrive.

Received the product I purchased in a timely manner.

I bought an e scooter for my son which the merchant claimed to be “Certified refurbished”. My son was super excited to use it but the scooter never got charged; it came with a faulty battery. I requested A4C to replace the scooter but they said they can only refund my money. I will ship the product back to the company tomorrow and I hope they refund me my money. Don’t put your hopes too high when buying from A4C.

Still waiting for delivery. Certainly not your fault but when I inquired about the delay, your rep gave me the same info as the tracking service. This small package is laying somewhere in the UPS warehouse, and you now have a dissatisfied customer. I really asked for help, and not for the tracking status, which I could check myself.

I bought the MOPHIE power station (new) as a birthday gift for my brother and upon receipt I found that the product packaging (not the shipment packaging) was in poor condition (torn, faded, wrinkled). I did not open up the package as it is a gift, but I hope the product itself is in good condition.

I tried to change delivery address as soon as it was sent I sent email. Long story short I never received this stuff.

I ordered AirPods on June 9 it’s now June 24 and ever since June 21 the package kept saying it’s coming around 7:00 but never does so it would change to coming tomorrow on 7 and so on but never arrives

A4C considered my succeeding transactions a fraud. I already called yet they can't do anything to fix it.

The item that I purchased was malfunctioning. I requested replacement but there was no option for replacement. Only refund… so I need to send back and I don’t have any available product for a while.
