Chief engineer Jay arrived punctually and was thorough and knowledgeable, giving us detailed information about our installation and how to continue keeping it in good working order. Ryan/EkoFlow has been superb throughout, so a big Thank You. We had to install a whole new Treatment system and Ryan knows his business. He could not have been more helpful, he was there promptly at the end of the phone, email or on-site every time we needed his help or input. He organised the required percolation test and building regulations, which made the process easier. When work commenced (on time) his team undertook the work efficiently and finished within the estimated timescale. Dealing with companies today is normally not easy (hanging on the phone, no response, etc.) but Ryan is a breath of Professionalism. If you ever need anything sewage related, Ryan is your go to man. Very good communications (timings en route for arrival). Proficient engineers who were on top of the problem - and solved it.

Had an emergency late afternoon on a communal sewage treatment plant. Ekoflow came out within an hour to do emergency repair. They followed up with a permanent fix within 3 days(needed to get a replacement pump). Worked from 5pm until 8pm to ensure the system was fully serviceable.

Just had the bio disk unit commissioned , great friendly service and good advice given for the future all by a wonderful friendly engineer by the name of Dave .
