Contacted this company for a problem with my pump, was sorted within a week after the initial engineers visit. Top bloke who came out and gave lots of helpful information about the system we didn’t know about as we are new to the property! Will use them moving forward, excellent communication and cost.

Sharks. Installed a new, very expensive sewage pump which almost immediately broke down. Ryan, the unpleasant director, refused to honour warranty, attend or even reply. Beware and Avoid.

A positive experience all round. Setting up visit was straight forward. Engineer on the day was polite, thorough and explained everything he was doing and what remedial work was required and why. Will definitely be my supplier of choice for the future.

Good servicemen in that they treated me and my garden with respect. No idea what they did, why it needed to be done, although presented with a report which meant nothing to me. VERY expensive, inflated hourly rate and the job didn’t need two men

Making the appointment for the visits was extremely easy for both Servicing and Emptying our sewage treatment plant and both were arranged by Ekoflow Ltd. The engineer arrived as expected and on time and carried our the service quickly and efficiently. I received the Invoice today, as expected. I've found this company to be very professional and reliable and I shall certainly be using them in the future.

These guys did an ace job on our ailing system. It hasn’t been well maintained over the years and Ekoflow did a complete refresh of the pumps and electrical system. Lovely people and skilled technicians, highly recommend.
