We had an emergency and they were brillant were there within the hour diagnosed the problem and sent someone to fit a new pump. Both guys that came were very knowledgable. We rely on a large Klargester system to provide waste processing facilities for a group of houses. Over about 15 years, maintenance has been provided by several companies, some good, some quite unsatisfactory. Very responsive, competitively priced and friendly. The engineer (Dave) who attended was professional and informative as he identified the fault and explained everything to me in Layman’s terms. He then replaced the faulty unit, completed a health check on everything and left us with a working system. I can't praise Ekoflow highly enough. We have been using them since moving into this house a few years ago. They are so conscientious and knowledgeable that I have absolute trust in their judgement. Our domestic pump/macerator which must have been about 30 years old came to a shuddering noisy end two weeks ago. The team at Ekoflow moved heaven and earth to get us sorted ...staring at 5.30 am yesterday morning! I can't tell you how good it is to shower without standing in a bucket to catch the waste water!

I found this company by chance on the we and picking them because of distance from us. I got a quick response from the team and easily fixed a date convenient to me. They talked me through what would be inspected and tested on our treatment plant. The engineer told me when he would arrive and undertook the service. I cannot fault the whole package.

This was a pre-purchase inspection of septic tank sewerage. Ryan was punctual, communicative and clearly knew his stuff, up to date regulations etc.. He examined the sewerage and produced a helpful report, following that up with a discussion of problems and recommendations.
