Apparently, the distance from our sofa to the fridge we were covering multiple times a day was not enough to keep us fit. We are both not the sporty type (to put it mildly), so getting out of that pandemic lull was proving tricky. We then started training with Trang as a couple, and our weekly sessions became a part of our weekly routine. She really cares about your progress and puts a lot of heart in what she does. You feel that you are not just another number for her, but she genuinely wants you to succeed. We both became much stronger and fitter – the difference is noticeable. Also, her studio is great – very private, clean, with good equipment, and no weird guys staring at you when you squat. Highly recommend!

Not only does she provide a tailored fitness plan, she pushes you to go further in each session and offers advise on healthy lifestyle outside of the gym so much so that I could really start to feel and see the difference! If you are committed Trang will make sure you accomplish your goals!! This is a hidden gem!

I'm stronger both physically and mentally thanks to her guidance and discipline. I've tried lots of PTs in the past and never managed to commit before, but I keep coming back for Trang's expertise, kindness and sense of humour. The private studio is spotless and full of natural light, and the equipment is brand new and top of the range -- so much nicer than a normal gym. I would have laughed out loud if, 6 months ago, someone would have told me I'd be counting down the days/hours/minutes until I could get to the gym again but this is now my reality! I found Trang on google during lockdown whilst she was 8 months pregnant and I read her bio and website and automatically felt inspired. First we trained in the park, then during isolation we trained online and now in the gym. I can say honestly, she has transformed my relationship with fitness, exercise and my body. What I feel stands Trang apart from other trainers is that she is really real. She is honest whilst being so professional and, kind and gentle whilst pushing me and oh so interesting and funny whilst keeping me on track and not letting me chat away my workout time! She has taught me so much already about how to listen to my body and how to get the best out of it, both with fitness and with nutrition. She is patient and flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate her clients' needs. I have been seeing her for 5 months and I barely think I have done the same thing twice - it is certainly never boring with Trang! I feel very fortunate to have met her and hope to continue to train with her and laugh my way through the sweat and buuurrn and continue on this journey with her. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I am not sure I want to share!! ; )
