Brilliant trainer, and great prenatal! I loved working out with Trang. She is attentive and varies exercises with exactly the right blend of encouragement and challenge. She trained me during my pregnancy too, and was expert at making sure I felt good and gained strength whilst remaining safe. She has such a positive outlook and lovely disposition too. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Just completed one-month training with Trang and I am so pleased with the result! She has been an amazing PT, always innovating new workouts despite gyms being closed. I had a lot of fun training with her outdoors and I can’t recommend it enough!! Thank you Trang for the support and keeping me fit during this lockdown! :D

I recently had my first massage with Trang. A warm soul with a bubbly personality, she kept me at ease throughout the whole session whilst tending to the stiffness in my upper body. No more knots and my range of movement has definitely expanded, I'm a lot less tense and I haven't felt this loose in years! I'll be back for a few more treatments in the new year.

She's the best personal trainer I've ever had. She's always made sure that we were doing exercises that were in my abilities and were pushing me without injuring. As a larger person with multiple joint issues, it's been really refreshing to work with someone whose got such a strong knowledge of body, muscles and joints to actively make my body health better. Truly cannot recommend her enough

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Trang. I've learnt so much and they are really fun! Each session is challenging and varied, she's helped me gain confidence and helped me achieve things I thought I never ever would! PT sessions with Trang is a great antidote to sedentary lockdown life!

Trangs treatment was incredible, I've never had a Treatment like this. She really was attentive to my pain areas and used different techniques to provide me the best release. Her vibe was great (I am really sensitive to people with messy energies) and I already have booked my next appointment. Def my go to place when I am in London!

We had 20 classes with Trang. She has helped us achieving our objectives by following our progresses constantly and by giving us good nutritional advice. The sessions were tough but very effective.

I started doing Trang’s online fitness classes during the lockdown, with no access to any gym equipment. Trang is attentive and confident as your coach and extremely encouraging. She is extremely helpful with any questions or advice I need and delivered better than the results I wanted from my training with her. I’d 100% recommend Trang as a PT to anyone who wants to make changes to their body and fitness.

In March, we were supposed to meet up for my second session, unfortunately due to the coronavirus outbreak and lockdown! I was so low and lost motivation, I don't feel positive at all. I don't comfortable with my body because I was planning to lost my weight for my wedding in the summer. everything has gone! Until we started talking about our plans, she is so lovely and supportive! She encouraged me to have online sessions with her, but I was so concerned, because I am deaf, how would we communicate through online! She was keenly trying to communicate using chatline and texts, and also she always sent me the lists and check on me if I have followed my nutritions, and do my workout routines at home etc. From April to May I have lost 4 kg! I am so happy and healthy. The workout and nutrition have helped me lots, Thanks to Trang and I will keep going on!! She is amazing trainer!

Really glad to have worked with Trang as my first experience of personal training. She's a great motivator and has helped me to feel much more comfortable and confident in the weight training area. She's devised a tailored workout for me and has also given lots of advice on my diet. She's also just a nice person to work with!

Had really bad neck and shoulder pain about 8 months after having twins and went to go and see Trang for what I thought would be a relaxing spa massage - what I got and what Trang specialises in is amazing sports massage. This is not for the faint-hearted! Trang is strong! She has great physiological knowledge and ran through a full body assessment before she started. She was then very scientific and methodical in the way she worked around my joints. Look forward to seeing Trang again once this lock down is over and we can all return to normal.

Trang is great! She’s very knowledgeable about everything fitness-related and is a great motivator. I couldn’t do a single push up before and now I can do 15 in a row!

I had Trang for a 90 minute full body massage. She was very polite, easy to talk to and have a fantastic relaxing deep tissue massage. Also recommended some stretching and advice for sleeping to help avoid a stiff neck. Excellent service thank you.

If you're looking for a motivational yet to the point PT... look no further! Trang is what you're looking for! No Shortcuts = Solid, Noticeable results! Since training with Trang - lets just say, no pain = no gain! Trang is truly a great personal trainer - and a lovely person at heart! Since casually meeting trang at the gym, i had a test session with her and since then its been a great professional relationship between master and student. She is great and is patient when teaching the right motions and form. She makes the session tough but enjoyable! At the end of the session you feel like you've actually achieved something and not wasted your time in the gym! I've recommended Trang to many friends - and i will definitely recommend her to you!

Trang was really professional and performed a thorough examination to address some muscle imbalances and tightness. I was able to recover some shoulder mobility rather quickly and some good stretches and exercise form fixes were recommended.
