She is knowledgeable, encouraging and tough while also fun, bubbly and welcoming to people of all levels. She showed me that the gym isn’t a scary place and that you can quickly see results if you put in the work. Trang also showed me ways I could make small changes to my generally healthy diet to really see results. She tracked my progress inside and outside of the gym to create a customised workout and nutrition plan that I found easy to follow. I am very thankful to her for getting me on track with a fitness routine that I enjoy!

She worked with me on an 8 week programme in the run up to Christmas which really helped me manage my weight through the festive period and I am so much fitter as a result. Trang navigated that minefield perfectly with empathy and bubbliness. She made things varied, motivating and challenging but never pushy, and she was patient with the beginner that I am. She came up with a plan tailored to my needs. She also helped a lot with my diet, sometimes even taking time out of her day to give me advice in a helpful, non guilt-inducing way. Trang was since the beginning really friendly and professional and she immediately made me feel very comfortable. She went through a very thorough assessment and check of my posture (which I really appreciate) and while doing it, she would explain me in detaill what she was doing as long as giving me opportunities to feel the difference when adjusting to different postures and movements. Trang also gave me suggestions for some exercises and stretch I can do to help me work more with my back and gave me access to her Instagram page where she uploads videos for specific exercises. I also had the opportunity to enjoy not only a beautiful massage but a really nice conversation too. Definitely recommended.

She was kind, patient and outgoing. My previous personal trainer did the bare minimum while Trang recommended customised exercises that would help strengthen my injured knee and back. I look forward to working with Trang as my personal trainer and I'll report back after my first ten sessions with her.

My main goal was to have a program that could take into account a sport-related shoulder injury and give me time to work on some rehabilitation exercises while also improving my strength and fitness. Trang was extremely helpful and professional, she was able to take into consideration my injury and create a detailed plan that would work around that, avoiding exercises that could potentially be risky or painful.

Before, I was very inexperienced with strength training and would only do cardio, but Trang has helped me gain confidence using weights. Her sessions were very helpful as she puts a lot of emphasis on exercising with correct form, which helped a lot with knee pain during squats. Training sessions with her was always great fun because of her friendliness and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone who wants a kick-start to become healthier and fitter!

Trang is such a knowledgeable, focused PT. She listened to all my needs and designed a personal, effective programme for me. After only training with her for a month I already saw such a dramatic difference in not only my weight but also my strength and confidence! With a role that requires me to spend most of my day at a desk as well as studying part-time, I had a bad habit of snacking on junk food and using my spare time to sleep. Trang designed a personal nutrition plan to help me combat my poor eating habits. I now find that I have a lot more energy and enjoy using my spare time to smash a gym session. Trang’s cheerful, optimistic, funny attitude has made this journey so much easier! I actually enjoy going to the gym now :O! Thank you for always pushing me and giving me a can-do attitude.
