The flannel sheets are beautiful! They're deep-pocketed so won't come loose from the mattress, even with pads and/or toppers. And the aubergine color is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. I reserved a star for the as yet unknown. The cotton is thick and good quality, and I expect it will soften up quite a bit with time, but it's a bit stiff for now. I washed the full set, when it arrived (with two 'Color Grabber' sheets), before making the bed, as I expected the rich, dark color to bleed initially, which it did, and the flannel to shed a bit (which it did). I'm eager find out whether it bleeds or sheds any further and whether the fabric gets buttery soft.

We love the actual product (a king-sized mattress cover). The communication from Whisper Organics re: shipping was disappointing. I downloaded the SHOP app as suggested, and until it was actually delivered it only stated "preparing to ship" (or something along those lines). After repeated request for an updated shipping link, I received no correspondence answering my questions. I'd like to buy another cover for our RV, but hesitate because of the communication issue. Edited: There were no notices of shipping tracking whatsoever (in my spam folder nor elsewhere), however the confirmation emails were all received.

Customer service responded quickly as I kept changing my order and they were very pleasant. Product is great.

My sheets arrived at my home faster than I could’ve ever imagined. I think it took two days max. I had to wait five days for the mattress pad I ordered from another company because your company was out of the one I wanted. Well I’m happy with both products. Your speed was incredible.

Shipping was quick. The mattress pads are perfect. Just the right amount of loft. No awful odor. I can rest easy know that the whole family is sleeping with with safe materials. I feel good about this purchase.

Flannel sheets are ok, although they are too thin. Definitely disappointed as I really wanted to like the organic cotton flannel sheets.

I love this mattress protector! My previous protector was very crinkly/loud and made me hot while I slept. This one from Whisper Organics adds a soft cushion and hasn’t disrupted my sleep. It fits perfect on my full size mattress and I would definitely recommend. Also, I love that it’s made from natural fiber and not plastic! That was a large reason I purchased this product

The flannel sheets are amazingly soft! I'll just have to wait and see if they hold up over time. If they do ill definitely be buying another pair. My only complaint is that they're able to fit a deeper mattresses than I have and thus are a little big, even with my mattress topper. I wish companies would give you the option to buy normal or deep fitted sheets. Makes no difference, though, as I can just tuck the excess underneath. Customer service was also great. They were quick to respond and were very helpful. Shipping was fast too!
