I ordered the QUINNY Moodd and it was delivered by FedEx. As soon as the order was placed I received a call from Aidan Cox explaining everything to me about the QUINNY moodd which I found very helpful. Excellent delivery time. I had one very minor issue with the front wheel (possibly due to shipping) but they resolved it in no time, sending me a brand new part again using FedEx whom I think are excellent! Their online chat facility is very good and they reply almost instantly. Would highly recommend them.

Initially the wrong item was send. We received the correct item within a day and we didn't have to go through the trouble of shipping the wrong item back. Costumer service was very friendly and helpful. Because of the quick response and kindness I give 5 stars. Makedo is easy to use and only fantasy is the limit. The ordering of three products was of the most pleasant experience - easy and straight forward. The communication was efficient and clear. The bitter part was waiting for six long days for my order to be delivered and the worst is disappointment with Linea Mamma Baby shampoo & bath gel, which was of different colour (pale yellow), smell and characteristics of the product itself vs the shampoo of bright yellow colour and excellent result I use from the same company's travel kit. The question arises regards the quality consistency with the manufacturar.
