a very wide variety of beautiful, eco, original baby products' shop. Have ordered twice & delivery experience was very different the 2times. First was super quick, able to track even though not needed & was very happy about it. 2 nd time was after 8 days, was not able to track & staff did not seem to worry about the delay although they made actions, asking around about my package. Not to mention that i was at home when the courier service said they tried to deliver & no delivery note was ever found...Will try again though since the company said they will change the courier company. Also love the instant online chat facility gives you the sense they are always there to answer your questions!

I did not get my package within the promised 24-48h. When I phoned to check, apparently DHL didn't do the pickup at your company on the evening you wanted it sent. Especially the lack of communication bothers me.
