Ireland | 13 December 2022I have used DT for 2 years and spent thousands with them. My last shipment was siezed by Irish customs.. DT don't care. I get that it a risk but considering the amount of money I spent u would think they would look after loyal customers.. Just a generic email. Your better off not ordering as there no way of getting money back. One thing I don't get is that it was an post who delivered ciggs even though I paid 25 each order for DPD, also it down as gift on forms!! Seriously get your act together

Ireland | 28 July 2022I ordered 20 pouches of Amber leaf 10 came ,I didn't take pictures of packaging that night and packaging was thrown out the next evening when I got home to email them so no refund, I was hardly that unlucky that they just made this mistake on my order so take pictures when your order is wrong.

Ireland | 27 January 2022I am probably at my tenth bulk order with this company, which has always delivered nothing but EXCELLENCY! Fast 3-4 days shipping time or even less, neat discreet packaging (with polystyrene packing chips, invoice and a free lighter!), great comms and of course price which is the main benefit for me where I live. I see some angry reviewers from post-Brexit UK.... typical British, first you leave the EU then complain that there are 'customs'. lol.

United States | 13 January 2022Used to be a seemless experience. Recently had a some cigs seized by border force (the order was also missing items). They agreed to send out the missing items + the existing order that was seized, only to find out from border force (yes they seized the 2nd one too) that infact they only sent out part of the missing order. Got in touch with them and got told they will send a letter to border force, which will only help them and put ke under investigation for buying cigarettes 🤷♂️. Typical dutch customer service - once they have your money the service provided is very poor

United Kingdom | 13 December 2021I was trying to hold back from writing a bad review as my pack of tabacco was held by customs months ago, I know smoking is a bad habit but I don't have much money to buy that's why I thought buying from this site would be beneficial My tabacco was held and all dutch tobacconist could offer was for me to order again but pay delivery fee only (only to me is alot of money). I feel wronged that I wasn't warned that this could happen and I wish this could be resolved in a better way than attempted

United Kingdom | 26 September 2021I used DT back in 2020i think, got my parcel through great.The second order was seized at customs,waited weeks and they were honest at DT, it was either stolen ,as i had no notification from Border Force. Not being happy, i phoned my bank and asked for chargeback. This got me my money back. It's a very good idea.My bank will deal with there bank,so no need for a protracted argument, email ping pong. Now what really worries me, is if i order again,as in a post Brexit world.....will i incur all of those nasty additional charges from my couriers? I think this only applies to goods over 135 pounds.You know: VAT,duty ,and the so-called Brexit tax. If anyone can enlighten me Many thanks

United Kingdom | 17 September 2021My first experience of using these people after being recommended by my sister who uses them occasionally and adds her tobbacco rolling products to her husbands cigar order (Gigars are not Fiscal Compliant) Everything seems really efficent and proffesional at first offing ,with notifications and tracking notice etc etc .....and then you enter the abyss of no delivery You spend oodles of time and effort on the emails asking when it might materialise only to fobbed off by some cock and bull story about back up at customs etc etc After some 20 days you get a letter from BORDER FORCE UK advising you that the goods have been seized and implying that you are a criminal with possable prosceution might ensue . They have been seized because the sender has not paid the |Fiscal Mark duty to enter them into UK ,and in fact list the package as a Multi Packed Gift (IN DUTCH ) ,customs smell a rat and seize . On contacting the Dutch Tobbaconist they inform you that as your goods have been seized they cannot reimburse you nor can they send them again ,and advise you to contact Border Force and offer to pay the duty It quite clearly states on the letter from Border Force that this is not an option as you are accepting guilt and they will not entertain THis company are basically Fraudsters ..they take your cash with no interest in wether the product gets to you or not ,and if it get seized ...tough Titties . They fail to complete any customs forms and send it as a non duty item hoping it gets to the Uk Border Force must have tons of it ,and Dutch Tobbaconists have all our Cash ..AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

All parcels were received on time and as stated however, this time i did not receive it, and it was not their fault it has something to do with it in the UK. I sent them a Email and, they responded straight away. I was sent a replacement immediately which I am very grateful for . I rate this company 5 stars for excellent customer service, better than any in the UK in my opinion.

I’ve ordered for 3 years approximately and have had one parcel seized a few months ago, which of course is money down the drain, Marjolein and her team are always contactable and offer a second to none service Thank you guys..🙋🏼♀️🌷🌸❤️👍💯🙏🏻
