After weeks of backwards and forwards concerning my order and this vendor opening an investigation with DPD (the courier) DPD actually said the package was confiscated by customs this was discovered to be a lie and the order had gone missing in a DPD warehouse i.e stolen. On discovering this, Dutchtobacconist immediately reshipped the order which arrived in full within 36 hours Thank you for resolving this matter

Please purchase from The Dutch Tobacconist in absolute confidence and with the knowledge that you're dealing with an extremely professional, prompt, understanding and independent family-run business. I've received all orders within a few days (UK) and without ANY customs clearance problems or delays. On one order where there was a very slight issue it was resolved the SAME DAY! I have tried other online tobacco retailers and been disappointed with them all - but since finding this business a few years ago I would never go anywhere else to purchase my cigarettes and rolling tobacco; I am over the moon with the service they always provide (can you tell? This is the fourth time I’ve ordered online from the Dutch tobacconist (as well as buying from the shop when I was in Amsterdam) I have to say it is a faultless service - easy to navigate their website, and to pay. They send your goods via DPD whose tracking service is exemplary. Each time I’ve received my goods within a couple of days. Don’t worry at all about it placing an order with them. I am from Scotland and have used this company a few times now and they have been very professional and I have received the goods very quickly after they receive my payment. The only thing that I would like to comment is that I cannot pay with the quick pay as it does not let me so I have to get a bank transfer done otherwise they are excellent.

I ordered with Hartman 5 R and J number 2 and got the smallest cigar ever for £5 each and a tub of Drum Wow ! £25 for that and £25 for shipping £75 OMG ! Never again

First order took 72 hours.was impressed Now it’s been coming up to two weeks and they have no idea of where my package is. More disappointed with their response / conduct - basically “ we don’t know - investigation - 4 or 5 days - blah blah blah” The level of Customer service is shocking - oh and btw I paid over £200 for my order.
