The order was sent from Australia at the end of November to be delivered on the20th December. It arrived on time on that date. All who saw it after the hamper was opened said it was amazing, well worth the price. Can totally recommend Handmade Hampers.

Had a great experience with Handmade Hampers. I'm from the U.S. and needed to send a gift to the UK. Their ordering process was very simple and they kept in constant communication. When the recipient was home to receive the package, they held it for a few days. They even allowed me to change the delivery address last minute. Their customer service and response time were incredible. I felt like they really cared about getting my gift to its recipient, especially during the crazy busy holiday season. The hamper I ordered was delivered the day after I requested. I find it hard to believe it couldn't be delivered on the day requested as it was a business address which was open for business at the time of "attempted" delivery. However, the products were lovely.

Absolutely brilliant hamper, catered for everything I asked for (my mum is particularly fond of chocolate and sweet stuff) and came with such an amazing selection. The people who own this business are very sweet and helpful and although the delivery driver was held up by and accident on the road they kept in touch with me about the delivery and even threw in a little bottle of prosecco to apologise for the delay.
