Very Happy with Handmade Hampers, I wanted to send my Son and his partner something for Christmas as they are living OS at the moment, and even though I made a mistake with the address they were communicating with me through email to make sure my Son got the Hamper. Lovely package- arrived on time and all. I would have given it 5 stars if plastic (bubble wrap) wasn't used, although to be fair I did order beer! Definitely using their services again (with a note about plastic)!

The seller was helpful in allowing me to order a day that was already closed on the website. The product arrived on the day and the period I paid for and contained exactly what was described on the site. Arrived well stored and wrapped inside for gift. If I could, I just wish I had the option of replacing some product, such as the coffee that my daughter will not use. But anyway, I recommend the purchase. Thanks,

I don't feel the contents justified the price paid, would understand if hamper was wicker basket & not a cardboard box

Just that the recepient was the last on the delivery run - number 48 - at 1pm, from 8:45am. Otherwise, all was GID!

Good hamper choices and great delivery service

Excruciatingly poor delivery process I will not be ordering from Handmade Hamper again. The delivery process was excruciatingly poor with us even being told it had been delivered when it had not been. Delivery is a vital process and to text the hamper recipient that it was coming completely wrecked the surprise aspect of the hamper for her. Shape up your delivery process Handmade Hamper or get out of the market place.

All very efficient but the hamper was delivered without the greetings card which was a bit annoying.

Great service, beautiful products and packaging and a fast turnaround on orders. Will definitely use again.
